Who are we?

ACFE UK Chapter is in England and Wales, The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and ACFE UK Chapter for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 Copyright

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Innervate web pages, are owned or controlled for these purposes by ACFE UK Chapter. In accessing ACFE UK Chapter web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Innervate web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of ACFE UK Chapter.

 Our Contract

 A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. This email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been dispatched will not form part of our contract with you. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).

 Payment

 All credit and charge cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and ACFE UK Chapter will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 Returns

 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from ACFE UK Chapter. You will have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right and will apply to your order unless your order video, DVD, audio, multimedia or software products and the product seal has been broken.  Force majeure

ACFE UK Chapter shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

 Limitation of Liability

 Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit ACFE UK Chapter liability for death or personal injury as a result of ACFE UK Chapter negligence.

 Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

 If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and ACFE UK Chapter shall be governed by English Law and you and Innervate submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
